Shipping
Currently we ship to New Zealand nationwide via CourierPost.

All orders that are in stock are shipped out the same day or the day following date of purchase. Orders will be delivered in 1-2 days in the North Island, and 2-3 days to the South Island.
An email and a tracking number will be sent to say your product has been dispatched. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time frame, please track your parcel by using the tracking reference provided or get in touch with us.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. We may need to order in a product specifically for you, which may take anything from a day to two weeks extra. We will endeavour to keep you informed.

Please understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification, if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

PLEASE NOTE:Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day delivery time.
International Shipping

For international customer, please feel free to contact us for the quote of shipping rate before placing your order.


Our products have a 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. 

Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy. 

If the product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense. 

Where repair is not possible or practical we will replace the item with the same or similar product. Freight to return the repaired or replacement product will be at our cost. 

If a repair or replacement is not possible due to the product being unavailable we will exchange it for any of Hole In One Golf’s products of the same value as your original purchase price. 

Where none of the above solutions is possible or practical then you have the option of receiving a full refund or store credit.

We reserve the right to alter and/or add to our terms and conditions as required. Any amendments to our terms and conditions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon the posting of those terms and conditions on our website. The customer is responsible for ensuring that they are aware of the latest terms and conditions. 

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall, to the maximum extent possible, remain in full force and effect. Compliance with these Terms and Conditions are essential to us. By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and in no event will any terms contained in any order or offer made by you or any document used by you have effect or be binding on us. 

These Terms and Conditions and any contracts to which these Terms and Conditions apply will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any claim or dispute arising here under will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996.
