Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

How long does processing and delivery take?

  • Dispatch: All in-stock orders are packed and dispatched the same day or the next business day following your purchase.
  • North Island: 1–2 business days.
  • South Island: 2–3 business days.
  • Note: Rural (RD) and some residential addresses may take an additional 1 working day for courier delivery.

How do I track my order?
Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your CourierPost tracking number and link. If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please use the tracking link provided or contact us so we can investigate.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock or sold out, we will contact you immediately. If we need to order the item in specifically for you, it may add anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks to your delivery time. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

Why might my order dispatch be delayed?
In rare cases, processing delays can occur if:

  • Credit card payment details are declined.
  • Incorrect billing address details require manual address verification.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! For international customers, please contact us for a customized shipping quote before placing your order. We will verify the weight and dimensions of your items and send you a payment invoice directly.

Product Warranty

Do products purchased online come with a warranty?
Yes. All products purchased from Hole In One Golf are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from your date of purchase.

What is covered under the warranty?
Our warranty covers any faults, defects, or structural failures that occur as a direct result of the manufacturing process.

What is NOT covered?
The warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:

  • Misuse or accidental damage.
  • Normal wear and tear over time.
  • Neglect or failure to perform standard product care.

How are warranty claims resolved?
If your item develops a manufacturing fault within the 12-month period, we will resolve it in the following order:

  1. Repair: If the item is under warranty and repairable, we will repair it at our expense.
  2. Replacement: Where repair is not possible or practical, we will replace the item with the exact same model or a similar product.
  3. Product Exchange: If a replacement is unavailable, you may exchange the item for any Hole In One Golf product up to the original purchase price.
  4. Refund or Store Credit: If none of the above solutions are possible or practical, you will receive your choice of a full refund or store credit.

Note: Return freight costs for sending the repaired or replaced product back to you will be fully covered by Hole In One Golf.

1. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to alter, modify, or add to our Terms and Conditions as required.

  • Any amendments will be posted directly to our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to review our website periodically to ensure they are aware of the latest Terms and Conditions.

2. Severability & Agreement

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  • Binding Agreement: Compliance with these Terms and Conditions is essential to our business. By purchasing from Hole In One Golf, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. No custom terms contained in any customer order, offer, or external document will have effect or be binding on us.

3. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions and any contracts formed under them are strictly governed by the laws of New Zealand.
  • Any claim, dispute, or legal matter arising from a purchase will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the New Zealand Arbitration Act 1996.
