Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Hole In One Golf. We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely so you can get your gear onto the course as soon as possible.

1. Dispatch & Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM NZST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will automatically receive an email notification containing your courier tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

2. New Zealand Delivery Rates We deliver nationwide across New Zealand using tracked courier services.

  • Standard Urban Delivery:

    • Flat Rate: $8.50 NZD

    • Estimated Time: 1–3 working days

  • Rural Delivery (RD):

    • Flat Rate: $12.50 NZD

    • Estimated Time: 2–5 working days

    • Please ensure you select the Rural Delivery option at checkout if your delivery address is designated as rural to avoid delivery delays.

  • FREE New Zealand Delivery:

    • We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all New Zealand orders total $100.00 NZD or more!

3. Shipping to Australia We can ship select gear across the Tasman to Australia! Because shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of your golf equipment, please contact us prior to ordering.

  • Email us at info@holeinonegolf.co.nz with the items you wish to purchase and your Australian delivery address, and we will provide you with a custom shipping quote.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues All parcels are sent with end-to-end tracking. Once dispatched, please allow up to 12 hours for your tracking link to update.

If your package arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at info@holeinonegolf.co.nz. We will raise a formal inquiry with the courier and resolve the issue under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
